Servo manipulator: multi degree of freedom manipulator is an automatic processing equipment that can imitate part of the functions of human limbs and allow it to carry out self-control, so that it can transport workpieces or operate tools according to the predetermined needs. The hydraulic manipulator adopts hydraulic power and electro-hydraulic servo control. It has the advantages of sensitive action, large load rigidity, high precision, fast echo speed and large power component ratio. It is more suitable for high-power load transportation.
Servo manipulator has the characteristics of sensitive and controllable action, accurate and reliable positioning, high load driving force and strong environmental adaptability. Today, multi degree of freedom manipulators are used in steel, marine, petroleum, chemical plants, logistics and transportation and other processing automation industries, which greatly reduces workers' labor intensity and working conditions, improves processing efficiency and stabilizes product quality.
At present, most manipulators use motors as power, which have the advantages of simple structure, light weight, agile action, reliable operation, energy saving and environmental protection. However, the load of electrical manipulators is relatively small, and they should have matching deceleration equipment, which has no advantage in resisting impact and high load. Generally, the manipulator used in injection molding can be divided into the following three types according to its function:
1. Simple injection molding manipulator;
2. Memory reproduction injection molding manipulator;
3. Intelligent injection molding manipulator.
